Pathé Cinéma, the leading cinema network in France and the Netherlands, also operates in Belgium, Switzerland, and Francophone Africa. As Europe's fourth largest cinema chain, Pathé aimed to optimize its professional website, Pathé Site Pro, to improve the purchase and management of countermarks for employees.
The project focused on simplifying simplify the purchase journey for countermarks for employees and streamline the management and distribution of these countermarks. This involved optimizing existing customer journeys, enhancing the customer space and registration process, and ensuring consistency with the B2C site by aligning with the new brand guidelines. Additionally, the project sought to make the site responsive for mobile users despite its primary use on desktop. The redesign was a collaborative effort among three designers: Théo Grandin, Maryana Lemack and myself.
Simplify the purchase journey for countermarks
Accommodating five payment methods with different validation times and required information. Mapped user journeys to streamline pain points, designed an intuitive interface, and added visual cues for validation times to ensure transparency and reduce friction.

Implemented flexible distribution options, developed a robust beneficiary management system, and designed a user-friendly interface with clear instructions for easy management and distribution of countermarks.

mplemented a dashboard for order oversight, inventory monitoring, and expiration date tracking. Enabled inventory management for adjusting stock levels and provided accessible invoices in user accounts to streamline accounting processes.
