Timeline
2023
Lenstra, specializing in IT and applied mathematics, supports corporations and startups across Europe and the U.S. with infrastructure, cloud computing, DevOps, and data engineering services. Lenstra aimed to modernize its visual identity and online presence through a new website to attract clients and job applicants.
The absence of existing content or foundation, requiring us to design a website that effectively showcased Lenstra's expertise while ensuring it was appealing and accessible. Collaborating with designer Camille Chauve was essential; together, we brainstormed, iterated, and refined our designs to align with Lenstra’s goals and aesthetic vision, greatly enhancing the final product. The new Lenstra website successfully creates an engaging online presence through thoughtful content structuring, innovative UI design, and strategic micro animations.
Prioritizing Compelling Content
To tackle the objective of creating compelling content from scratch, we designed a content architecture base that highlights Lenstra’s strengths and services. The content underwent thorough revision by the agency Stroïka, ensuring clarity, precision, and engagement.
Crafting an Engaging UI Design
The UI design was crucial for creating an appealing and functional website. We used a visible grid for a clean layout and to reming the rigorous side of mathematicians and computer scientists that reflects Lenstra’s identity.
Enhancing User Engagement with Micro Animations and Interactions
We created Lottie animations from After Effects, using the logo to create a calming water drop effect. Adding animated illustrations highlighted Lenstra’s key services, making content dynamic and engaging.
